I am a birth & postpartum doula, volunteer with Doulas Without Borders and organiser of Women’s Circles. My passion is helping women & families like you, locally & all over the world, to feel confident, empowered and truly supported as you navigate the parenthood journey.

Services

Whether you are looking for birth preparation, birth or postpartum doula support or a safe environment to share your motherhood journey, my services are available at a wide range of prices. My hope is to make information & support as accessible as possible.

Virtual doula services: A globe connecting women of different cultures and appearances all over the world.

Birth Preparation

Whether you’re nearby or across the globe, I’d love to walk alongside you and help you prepare through pregnancy, birth and early days of life with your newborn.

Doulas are here for every family and every type of birth. I’d be honoured to be by your side during your birth and in the weeks that follow, helping you feel held and seen throughout this journey.

Community events

Community events in Hampshire & West Sussex designed to nurture the pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey for parents to feel supported & connected. Some are free, while others have a small cost.

I can't believe our luck that we found Julia as our doula! She is one of the kindest souls I've met and was super supportive and helpful from the first conversation we had. I had an amazing birth thanks to her and we are so grateful for her support from pregnancy to labour. She made sure we were informed of our choices and went above and beyond to support me and my husband during the birth. If you are considering getting her as a doula, do it - you won't regret it!

Andrew:
My wife and I used Julia as our doula for our baby girl. She was a fantastic doula, teaching us and helping us prepare beforehand, being a calm and caring person to turn to during any stage of the labour when things start to spiral. She helped my wife have the confidence to deliver without the use of any pain medication and took some great photos for us to remember the occasion too. We now consider Julia to be a good friend and will use her again if we have any more children.
